Terms and Conditions

All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the conference.  A $95 administrative fee for cancellations received in writing earlier than ten (10) business days before the event will be applied. Registrants who cancel after ten (10) business days before the event, and before five (5) business days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made on, or five (5) business days before the date of the event. "No shows" or attendees who aren't paid before the event and hadn't cancelled ten (10) business days prior to the event will be liable for the full fee.  No refunds will be provided to international attendees.

Attendee registration fees are due one week before the each event. Past due balances shall bear interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum from the due date and shall be payable to CAMP.

In the event of the cancellation of the event for any reason, the liability of CAMP Conferences, Inc. is limited to the return of the paid registration fee. Participants requiring special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact CAMP Conferences, Inc. at least ten (10) business days prior to the event to make the necessary arrangements.

Getting There

CAMP IT Conferences events are easy to get to. 
Many attendees fly in from out-of-town because of the location's easy access to O'Hare.
The events are held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois unless otherwise specified. 
The center is located 2 miles east of the main terminal at O'Hare Airport. 
The CTA Blue Line "L" train, that runs from downtown Chicago to O'Hare Airport, stops in Rosemont about three blocks north of the Convention Center. The center is one mile from Interstates 294, I-90 and the Kennedy Expressway.
